North Park Academy of the Arts at 4450 Durfee Avenue, Pico Rivera, California.

I don't live near this area nor have my kids here I got off work went by the park to eat my lunch and I witnessed a PE teacher (Mr. Zulock))Screaming at his students pushing them around " in the park. The school is attached to a public park. I witnessed the first boy get yelled I thought omg ok that's unusual.. then when he put his hands on the second student grabbed him by his arms digged his hands shook him yelling at him to stay out of the grass.. I right away went towards him he let go of the student I told him take his hands off.and that I was reporting him. I made a report. the school is now under investigation. And when I spoke to the principal. They were not interested just simply said.. oh ok I'll take care of it w a smile. I asked the student how often does this happen. They replied only when we don't listen. That is child abuse be aware of your children when they tell u about there teacher. Please. Even a staff member said oh the PE teacher yea he needs to go. Please listen to ur children this man is sick. I will update on the result the deputy will inform me tomorrow.
